Fish Tacos
Two achiote-marinated white fish tacos, grilled or lightly fried, and tucked into two corn tortillas with angel hair cabbage, pico de gallo, fresh cilantro, garlic butter, and our house fish-taco sauce.
Botanic Burger
8 oz beef patty topped with crispy bacon, provolone, house-made jalapeño mayo, mustard, fresh avocado, pickled red onions, and pico de gallo. Served on a toasted brioche bun with a side of crispy golden fries.
Latino Chicken Sandwich
5 oz chicken breast, hand-battered in our house-made plantain crust, topped with provolone, house-made jalapeño mayo, pico de gallo, black bean sauce, and crisp romaine. Served on a toasted brioche bun with a side of crispy golden fries.
Cubano Sandwich
Slow-cooked achiote carnitas layered with sliced ham, melted swiss cheese, pickles, and yellow mustard on a toasted bolillo brushed with garlic butter. Pressed crisp and served hot. Served with a side of plantain chips and chimichurri or cilantro sauce.
