Guavarita Recipe

- cocktail shaker
- cocktail strainer
Ingredients
- 0.75 oz guava purée
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- hint agave syrup
- 0.5 oz triple sec
- 1.5 oz tequila
- ice
- Tajín (optional)
- lime wedge (optional)
- cocktail umbrella (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a rocks glass by pushing a lime wedge along the rim and sprinkling Tajín over top of it. Set aside the glass and lime wedge.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 0.75 oz guava purée, 0.75 oz lime juice, a hint agave syrup, 0.5 oz triple sec, and 1.5 oz tequila. Add ice until about two-thirds full. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Add ice to the prepared glass. Strain the mixture into the glass. Garnish with the lime wedge and cocktail umbrella. Enjoy!
