Ingredients
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.75 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz yellow Chartreuse
- 0.75 oz Aperol
- ice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, pour 0.75 oz lime juice, 0.75 oz mezcal, 0.75 oz yellow Chartreuse, and 0.75 oz Aperol.
- Add ice until about two-thirds full. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Using both the cocktail strainer and the fine mesh strainer, double strain the mixture into a cocktail glass. Enjoy!
