The Last of the Oaxacans Recipe

- cocktail glass
- jigger (Recommended: 0.75 oz)
- cocktail shaker (or jar with lid)
- cocktail strainer
- fine-mesh strainer
Ingredients
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.75 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz green Chartreuse
- 0.75 oz Luxardo liqueur
- ice
- 1 cherry (optional)
Instructions
- Pour equal parts 0.75 oz lime juice, 0.75 oz mezcal, 0.75 oz green Chartreuse, and 0.75 oz Luxardo liqueur into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice until about two-thirds full. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a cocktail glass garnished with 1 cherry. Enjoy!
