Negroni Recipe

- rocks glass
- jigger (Recommended: 1 oz)
- mixing glass
- bar spoon
- sphere ice mold
- fruit peeler
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- ice
- sphere ice
- orange peel, about 2 inches (optional)
Instructions
- Pour equal parts 1 oz gin, 1 oz Campari, and 1 oz sweet vermouth into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir well.
- Strain into a rocks glass over preprepared sphere ice.
- Squeeze orange peel, about 2 inches, over glass before dropping into glass as garnish. Enjoy!
